31-July-09 Since making the decision to use a commonwealth three-axle truck instead of the USRA two-axle truck set, I needed to switch to a slightly larger tender -- these trucks do not fit under the blueprint tender. Modifying the drawings from a friends Berkshire tender, I get a set of very nice laser-cut steel side sheets. also a lot, I mean a lot, of rivets to install!
